Free entrepreneurs’ networking breakfast to be held August 18 at USF St. Petersburg – RSVP at http://sbnb.eventbrite.com/

SAINT PETERSBURG, Florida – The University of South Florida (USF) St. Petersburg will host their next free entrepreneurial networking breakfast on August 18.  Speaker, and noted local attorney, John Schnackel will discuss why entrepreneurs should consider calling a lawyer – before they need to call a lawyer.

For three years running, USF St. Petersburg has hosted a monthly networking and educational breakfast for entrepreneurs on their campus.  USF St. Petersburg provides free breakfast, expert speaker, networking and parking.  The event is open to the public, starts at 8am, and ends promptly at 9:15am.

John Schnackel is an experienced former in-house General Counsel to some of Tampa Bay’s “Fast-50” high-tech growth companies.  By choice and good fortune, he now provides legal advice and counsel to the owners and executives of small and emerging businesses – primarily in the areas of commercial transactions, intellectual property protection, and corporate law.  With a relatively unique practice as an “outsourced” General Counsel, John serves many business clients as an extension of their management team – helping them to avoid legal problems before it can impact their bottom line.  “As everyone knows,” explains John Schnackel, “it’s much easier and less expensive to avoid problems earlier, than to fix them later!”
