A short course in international business culture. Topics include: understanding cultural
differences, customary etiquette, protocol, communication across cultures,
gift giving, and dealing with interpreters.
Tuesday, August 30 2011, 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. – #3 EXPORT DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE:
A short course in international trade compliance and documentation. Topics include: harmonized
codes, free trade agreements, licensing and compliance with US Government
agencies, export documentation and INCOTERMS.
