Westcare, a non-profit behavioral healthcare organization with locations in seven states and the Pacific Islands, has leased nearly 10,000 square feet of office space in downtown St. Petersburg. They will also be occupying 5,000 SF of office space in Courthouse Square, located at 600 1st Avenue N.
